Assistant Marketing Manager

The Assistant Marketing Manager plays a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, and revenue, and ensuring excellent experiences for their clients. They also provide support to the National Marketing Manager, particularly in executing digital campaigns and other marketing activities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns, prioritising events and experiential marketing, as well as print, radio, and media channels.
  • Assess and refine marketing strategies to ensure optimal return on investment.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for timely project completion and quality assurance.
  • Supervise digital marketing activities while allocating resources for event management and traditional media campaigns.
  • Ensure website content remains pertinent and updated for enhanced user experience, complementing offline brand experiences.
  • Manage brand events and track competitor activities to sustain competitiveness and innovation across all marketing channels.

About you:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing, ideally in hospitality but, if you don't have this still apply!
  • Proficient in both traditional, for example, radio, print, media and, digital marketing techniques.
  • Strong writing and copy editing skills.
  • Experienced in project and campaign management, with a track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
