Our client, a leading digital agency specialising in eCommerce solutions, is seeking a talented Senior Shopify & Ecomm Digital Producer to join their team. With a focus on delivering top performance for clients and achieving strategic objectives, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead a team and work on new and existing platforms.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage end-to-end production process for digital projects, including requirements development, wire framing, project management, testing, and delivery.
* Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure productive outcomes and client satisfaction.
* Manage eCommerce and digital projects, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and meeting KPIs.
* Utilise technical and digital expertise to optimise Shopify and WordPress sites for top performance.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering project outcomes and fostering trust.
About You:
* Proven leadership and team management skills, both face-to-face and in virtual/remote environments.
* Minimum 6 years of experience in production/project management, preferably in eCommerce.
* Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Technical expertise in Shopify, WordPress, and digital solutions, with a solid understanding of eCommerce integration architectures.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to build professional relationships.
* Business savvy, with good commercial acumen to manage project budgets and financials.
* Team-oriented mindset, driven to achieve individual, team, and corporate goals.
* Quick learner, adaptable, and able to take direction from executive and senior producers.
