The role:

• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and providing ongoing support and guidance.
• Work with the senior account team, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality project work.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, fostering continuous improvement in processes and project management tools.
• Serve as a liaison between the client and the project team, ensuring timely delivery of agreed outputs and resolving any issues or changes in scope.
• Manage client profitability by tracking costs, administering project finances, creating purchase orders, invoicing, and forecasting income.

About you:

• Possession of a tertiary degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in successfully managing clients across various projects, including identity change, communications, and digital initiatives.
• Essential skills for this role include a profound understanding and passion for brand and design, along with traits such as enthusiasm, energy, tenacity, and perseverance.
