About the role:
 
Working closely with our principal consultants you will be the first point of contact for all candidate related needs. You’ll be working across our creative, digital, client services, marketing and tech space - meeting some of the most creative and brightest minds in Melbourne!
  
Resourcing requires a lot of talking - you’ll be speaking to candidates and liaising closely with the internal team so a bubbly personality and high energy approach to your work is essential.
  
Day to day your role will involve:
⁃ Phone screens
⁃ Interviews
⁃ Reference checking & compliance
⁃ Sourcing talent for active roles
⁃ Managing ongoing candidate relationships
⁃ Writing job adverts
⁃ Building a pipeline of talent
⁃ Implementing innovative sourcing strategies

 
About you:
  
While we’d love you to have some resourcing experience, we are open to working with people with from all sorts of backgrounds as we embrace diversity and inclusion.
