We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Brisbane team. We opened our Brisbane office at the start of 2019 and the team is off to a flying start, hence the need for a new team member. The offices are in the heart of the CBD and really suit the laid back and creative vibe of Become.
We have offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland, Hong Kong, London and Manchester but have a boutique feel in each office.

We are looking for a Consultant to complement our superstar Brisbane team. You will report to our Business Manager, who splits his time between Sydney and Brisbane.
We work across a range of industries and roles including Graphic Designer, Marketeers, Branding Specialist, Strategist, Art Director, UX, UI, Producers, Digital Marketers and Developers.
We are flexible on the market that you work but our biggest gaps are in marketing and digital so you will ideally have experience in these areas.
The Ideal Candidate
Culture fit will be everything as the main focus for us is 'care factor' and client service. We have a strong brand reputation and need to maintain our quality approach.
You should be an experienced recruiter with at least 18 months recruitment agency experience.
An interest in marketing, digital and creative industries is essential.
Base salary is dependent on experience with a competitive and ‘no strings attached’ commission structure.
