A great opportunity to join an innovative business as they advance into the new era of media. We are looking for a Programmatic Trading Manager to join a newly created cross functional team.

As this team expands their capabilities and efficiency we are looking for a Trading Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of campaign delivery, campaign financial, brand safety and campaign reporting. This role would be ideal for someone with a deep passion for programmatic trading looking to develop their management and strategic skills deeper.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that their is an accurate technical implementation of all programmatic campaigns.
• Campaign management of Key Accounts.
• Regular WIP meetings
• Recognise optimisation levers (audience, temporal, frequency, target, geo, creative copy), understand what the consequence of those optimisation levers are, and having expertise in pulling those levers.
• Streamline process for Real time bidding, Ad Optimisation and A/B Testing.
• Mentoring and training Executives.
• Strategic development of the programmatic division to become a formidable business within the programmatic landscape.

Requirements for the role:

• 3-5 years digital media experience within the programmatic space.
• Strong hands on experience and knowledge of programmatic optimisation.
• Excellent experience with DBM
• Analytical aptitude with a strong desire to improve platform and process.
