�� The Role

With the recent growth in the organisation, our clients are looking for a talented and passionate Product Designer to join the team. You’ll have the opportunity to design experiences that have a big impact on customers, but also grow and nurture your career. You will work with cross-functional delivery teams including Developers and Product Managers, but also Tech Leads, Marketing, Sales and Support teams to develop and deliver on an integrated roadmap to continuously improve digital products.

This will be a full-time permanent position; our office is in Richmond, but we offer flexible working arrangements from home and the office.

��‍�� Your Skills ��‍��

-Be the primary product designer in a multi-disciplinary team, empowered to own the user experience of your product and its connection with the wider business.
-Be encouraged to perform research and seek data to understand customer problems
-Work collaboratively with Product Managers, Engineering, Marketing and Sales to solve customers’ problems
-Have a voice to shape the OKRs and strategy for your team each quarter
-Follow through as an end-to-end designer, from research, prototypes to working with engineering to iterate and improve your work

�� What we’re looking for

-2+ years of experience designing digital products (start-up experience desirable).
- Figma, Sketch, wireframing and prototyping experience
-You are proactive in seeking the perspective of others and eliciting feedback on your work.
-You can use storytelling and research to explain your design decisions clearly.
-You champion the customer experience, able to recognise and act on the signals that will drive incremental product improvements.
-You know equally when to push back and when to accept a decision to maintain progress in a project.
