Duties & Responsibilities:

* Create visually appealing designs, including typography, layouts, branding, and conceptual artwork.
* Collaborate with the team on projects, ensuring a consistent and cohesive visual identity.
About You:
* You have 3+ years of agency experience, demonstrating a strong background in graphic design.
* In-depth knowledge of the local property market and design trends within the sector.
* A portfolio showcasing exceptional aesthetics and design skills across various disciplines.
* Proficiency in typography, grids, layouts, and branding techniques.
* Ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of projects and delivering high-quality designs within deadlines.
* Solid understanding of digital design principles and an eagerness to explore motion design.
* Possess fashion experience to add elegance and sophistication to design work (bonus)
