Media/Account Coordinator

This role is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career and to get real hands on experience with account services and media planning. After some hands-on training by the Manager, you will be assisting them in nurturing and developing new and existing relationships with a number of clients. Day to day, you will contribute to:
  • invoicing
  • responding to briefs
  • creating digital reports
  • booking schedules 
  • booking media plans and tracking spends
  • coordinating client meetings
  • preparing meeting agendas
  • taking meeting notes
Key skills for the role include:
  • Minimum of 1 year account, media or marketing coordinating experience
  • Relationship building skills
  • Team player
  • Friendly, professional and down to earth
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the business 
  • Excellent communication
  • Previous property experience and/or understanding would be advantageous but not mandatory
