Are you a recent grad who loves data and analytics, and wants to be at the forefront of advertising technology? This fast-growing global marketing intelligence company is looking for a super keen and analytical junior to join their growing team of Programmatic Traders.

As part of the Trading team, you will be given extensive training and guidance to soon be looking after your own portfolio of programmatic media campaigns and clients. Utilising their own proprietary technology and other ad-tech platforms, and serving as a critical link between commercial and analysis functions. You will liaise with several internal divisions in order to provide valuable data and insights for clients and brands across a number of industries.

•End to end campaign execution: set-up, performance monitoring, optimisation, and reporting.
•Buying and bidding across multiple DSPs and platforms
•Growing client business by delivering valuable insights and building relationships
•Run reports to support internal business and client needs.
•Testing, making recommendations and troubleshooting, using various business intelligence tools.
•Collaborate with internal divisions - Sales/Accounts, Product, R&D etc.
•Ensure data segmentation and specific audience targeting align with campaign objectives.

•Bachelors degree, ideally in a Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Data Science, IT or Economics related field, OR 1-2 years maximum experience at a digital agency or trade desk.
•Ability to work with large data sets and very proficient with Excel and BI Tools.
•Working knowledge of statistical models.
•Strong communication skills coupled with analytics, strategic thinking and creative problem solving.
•Ability to maintain work flow, relationships and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•A start-up mentality and ability to work in a team as well as independently
•Passion for data, media and advertising.
•Curiosity, innovation, strong work ethic, agile and adaptable as well as willing to take risks; all with a bit of quirkiness!
