Group Account Director

This is an exciting time, and opportunity, to join this agency who are well known for their expertise across below-the-line marketing for household FMCG (food and drinks) brands. Today they are over 10 years young, have almost 40 employees across Sydney and Melbourne and have evolved into many other areas including Digital, Experiential and large integrated campaigns.
They are currently recruiting roles across the agency including a Group Account Director - Permanent, full-time position.
  • Leader for the business and senior management of client portfolios
  • Implementation and development of communication and BTL/ATL campaign strategies
  • Management of monthly reporting against KPI’s and targets for each assigned client portfolio
  • Ability to lead and deliver organic growth amongst existing client base and new clients/categories
  • Deliver proactive and new business strategies 
  • Client pitching and new business
  • Ensure account service and creative are working cohesively to deliver the best work
  • Responsible for retention and growth of the business
  • Responsible for growth and profitability of business accounts

  • 10 years experience within an integrated agency or client-side
  • Extensive understanding and experience across all marketing and communication channels
  • Exceptional presentation skills – development and presenting
  • Extensive experience with new business
  • Proven track record in growing revenue with existing clients 
  • Proven track record in leading, mentoring and overseeing client service team
  • Budget development, management, and reporting
  • Experience working with FMCG brands is preferred however this is not essential
