We’re looking a Finance and Office Assistant to join this award-winning agency to support the business across Finance, Office Management and Human Recourse for an initial 12-month contract.
Working with a fabulous team within a thriving creative environment, this role will play a key part in supporting business units to meet daily and longer-term objectives. Responsible for managing invoices and payments, providing general office and HR support while also supporting the Managing Director with day-day tasks.
This exciting role will work across three key areas:
Finance:
- Assist across all finance-related transactions, invoicing,
- Reconciliation and process of company credit card expense
- Management of client procurement system
- Assist in the monthly forecast of expenses
- Responsible for managing and updating staff spreadsheets
- Assist and organize the Induction/onboarding for new employees
- Payroll review and origination for approval
- Maintenance of employees leave records
- Responsible for all office maintenance and supplies
- Liaise with all external parties including client and suppliers
- Organise travel arrangement and reservations for employees
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required
- You are tertiary qualified in Finance and Accounting
- 2 years + previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication and time management skills
- Fluent in Korean
