About the role:
Due to one of our consultants leaving to travel the world, we are looking for someone to take over the Digital Marketing and Production desk. This means recruiting people and filling roles like Digital Producers, SEO/SEM/PPC Specialists and Product Managers but also given the freedom and opportunity to expand on these roles, particularly as this market is constantly changing.
Working in a flexible, friendly and collaborative team of 10 in Melbourne, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Sourcing and qualifying suitable candidates for your roles - Interview candidates to qualify their experience and find the best possible matches for them and your clients
- Collaborate with the other consultants
For this role, we are looking for someone with experience as a Recruiter in the Digital Marketing and Production space as our ideal person and we are open to any level of Seniority. Resourcers looking for an opportunity to step up or recruiters from other industries wanting to move into this sector will be considered.
