Broad responsibilities will include managing the external company's website, digital marketing initiatives such as social media, search campaigns (SEO, PPC, SEM), eDMs and CRM.
Digital Marketing Specialist responsibilities include:
- Developing the website in line with business needs.
- Use existing data to push their consumer loyalty program.
- Manage paid advertising across Search, Social, Display and other lead gen channels.
- Design and creation of sales and marketing material.
- Marketing Automation (Email marketing activity for acquisition and retention)
- Email marketing activity for acquisition and retention.
- Social Media - improvement of Facebook and Instagram.
- Website analytics.
- Collaborating with business units to deliver best practice digital marketing.
- Support of internal communications program to optimise messaging.
- Integrate brand across all aspects of the business.
- Producing material that is consistent with the brand, maintained and in line with the needs of the sales team.
- Maintain and update website links and look.
- 3+ years Digital Marketing experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Office.
- Experience in Marketing automation.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems.
- Experience in Wordpress, Adwords.
- Outstanding communication both written & verbal.
