The role:
Create digital marketing strategy with a focus on B2B lead generating campaigns.
Own end-to-end paid ad campaigns to create awareness, acquire and convert new customers as well as growing their existing customer base.
- Monitor performance of campaigns and optimise for CTR, CPA and ROI and other key metrics.
- Run CRO experiments to optimise the top-of-the-funnel acquisition and conversion.
- Create reports that communicate performance and insights to internal stakeholders.
- Manage the website with the goal of increasing traffic through SEO optimisation.
- Hands-on experience in campaign management (SEM, PPC, paid social, retargeting).
- Knowledge of website, analytics tools e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude
- FinTech industry experience would be highly regarded.
