Our client is a creative and digital agency based in Melbourne who offer a full spectrum of creative services, including end-to-end digital marketing and website solutions.
  
Currently they are on the lookout for an experienced Digital Account Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Group Digital Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of three content creators along with the day-to-day responsibilities.

Where required, you will also be required to develop digital content strategies, assisting with content development and implementing social media strategies to drive brand awareness.

The main three focuses of the role include: 
  
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:
Responsible for end-to-end management of campaigns
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to achieve key digital & marketing objectives, and drive increased revenue 
  • Engage third-party partners for support as required and proactively manage their input 
  • Collaborate with the brand and creative teams to develop an integrated marketing/advertising strategies
  • Ensuring the customer is always at the forefront of decision making  
  
CONTENT AND COPYWRITING 
Strong background and experience with developing content and copy.
  • Copywriting for various digital channels (web articles, blogs and social media)
  • Developing and maintaining a strong tone of voice for all clients
  • Curate engaging social captions and monitor performance to ensure maximum reach
  • Work with the Group Digital Director to develop innovative digital and social content plans    

PAID SOCIAL 
Knowledge of paid social activation and ability to brief, evaluate and lead the Paid Social activity.
  • Understanding of developing and implementing organic & paid social media strategies 
  • Analyse performance data and insights on reach, engagement, CTR, CPA, conversions and other agreed KPIs
  • Provide learnings and form recommendations to improve performance and shape future strategies

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar Account Director role
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, keyword research and analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Social Media management experience including scheduling and reporting
  • Experience developing social media content plans
  • Industry experience across pharmaceuticals, health, beauty & FMCG
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills both verbal and written
  • Fantastic organisational and time management skills
