This role will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and Creative Director to translate the brands vision across all creative outputs. You do not have to be a hands on designer to excel in this role either – you might be a Studio Manager or Creative Director from a copy background perhaps. The main objective of this role is to guide and lead the creatives in achieving the overall brand vision and strategy.
This role will involve:
- acting as the Brand Guardian
- managing the creative process from concept to completion
- overseeing the execution of brand campaigns, assets, content and promo materials
- introducing new systems and processes where required to improve operations and studio output
- managing the studio workflow and also requests from the wider marketing team
- art direction of photoshoots
- managing timelines
- leading brainstorming and workshop sessions
- keeping on top of the latest trends
- identifying resource/recruitment needs within the team
- A minimum of 8 year’s experience as a senior creative / creative team lead / marketing/brand role
- Beauty industry experience or exposure to brands targeted at a millennial audience
- Solid experience in building and leading a team
- The ability to present concepts, create storyboards and provide recommendations
- Solid experience of building and leading a creative team
- Demonstrable experience implementing workflow processes
