The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years’ experience at Design Director/Creative Director level. They will have a good understanding of FMCG packaging as well as branding and have a portfolio featuring modern and award winning commercial branding and packaging work. Previous experience working on FMCG packaging is essential for this role. A purely branding portfolio will be disregarded.
You will be leading and inspiring not only creatives but also the account service department. You will enjoy and have experience mentoring a team. You will lead pitches and present to large FMCG companies and SMEs.
