We are looking for a Business Development Executive to work hand in hand with our consultants. 

With opened our Brisbane office at the start of 2019 and the team is off to a flying start.

The offices are in the heart of the CBD and really suit the laid back and creative vibe of Become.
We have offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland, Hong Kong, London and Manchester but have a boutique feel in each office.  

What is the role?

As a Business Development Executive you will be responsible for:

  • Working with the Business Manager to create a sales strategy for the agency
  • Sourcing leads within the advertising, digital and marketing industries
  • Market mapping
  • Following up on leads and setting appointments
  • Meeting clients and taking job briefs with your fellow consultants
  • Working with your clients to develop the best recruitment strategies for their business
  • Negotiating and agreeing on terms of business
  • Leveraging existing business with other Become offices and Empresaria companies
  • Following industry trends and immersing yourself in the industry by attending events, meetups and seminars
You will be working with an established delivery consultant who already has strong candidate relationships.  You will collaborate and deliver a seamless product to our clients. 

This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Executive who wants to earn a competitive base and uncapped commission.  The market is ripe at the moment and the right BDE soar!

What do we need from you?

  • At least 2 years experience in a B2B Business Development  or Sales role
  • You should be a hungry and driven BDE but culture fit will be key
  • It’s important that you have an interest in marketing, digital or the creative industries
  • You should be a natural negotiator who can form relationships quickly and easily
