As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key property accounts and driving exceptional results for our clients. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, nurturing junior members, and delivering creative and strategic client presentations. With your strong project management and communication skills, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and driving the success of both our clients and our agency.

Responsibilities:

  • Take a hands-on approach in managing day-to-day account functions
  • Contribute to the development of creative outcomes for client campaigns
  • Coordinate copywriters, designers, and external suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
  • Deliver engaging and strategic client presentations
  • Support new business strategies to drive growth and expand our client base
  • Collaborate with and mentor junior members of the accounts team
  • Manage project time lines and client expectations effectively
  • Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on data analysis and past performance
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 year's experience in an Account Manager role, preferably working with property brands
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with a strong client-facing ability
  • Flexibility, a friendly attitude, and a willingness to support team members
  • Exceptional multitasking and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proven end-to-end project management experience, including collaboration with various agency departments and external suppliers
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to go beyond transactional activities
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to deliver client solutions
  • Proficiency in analysing and interpreting data to provide strategic recommendations
  • Strong collaborative mindset and a passion for teamwork
  • Ambitious and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Familiarity with Mac laptops or computers
