Account Manager


We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to join my client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving client service excellence and nurturing healthy client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of client campaigns and act as the client's first point of contact for the campaign.
  • Develop, build and nurture healthy client relationships through regular face-to-face contact, phone and online meetings.
  • Work autonomously on day-to-day tasks and liaise directly with clients when necessary to manage expectations.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of shopper experiences according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Handle day-to-day administration of accounts, including internal and client WIPs, studio resource, meetings, contact reports, estimates, and proposal development, under the direction of the CSD.
  • Act as the client's day-to-day contact and the first point of contact for client questions and requests

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Proven track record in client relationship management
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager
  • Understanding of the shopper marketing industry in Australia
  • Degree or similar in Marketing/Communications, Customer Service or Project Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
