Our client is an award-winning branding studio that is looking for an ambitious Account Director to join their team. With a unique, holistic approach, this design crew specialises in brand identity and strategy for iconic Australian and international brands, ranging from financial institutions, government and professional organisations to not-for-profits. About the Role

With multiple projects in the works, you will be the driving force for a portfolio of clients.
Managing the business through active client relationships and organic (but active) business growth - leading a team to deliver work to the highest quality and service standards. If you want to succeed, you will need to stay ahead of the game and identify any potential problems before they occur.
As this agency has a very close working relationship with their clients, they are also treated as an extension of the team.

About you

  • Relevant experience in a marketing/advertising role within an agency (or similar).
  • Excellent management skills across budgeting, clients, planning, time and briefing.
  • Experience leading and managing a small team.
  • Effective communication towards all team members, stakeholders of all levels and suppliers.
  • Ability to manage multiple fast-moving campaigns at the same time.
