This leading experiential agency requires a Senior Account Manager to lead the client services division for the agency.
You will lead with the delivery of various exciting experiential projects, be involved in brief development and ensure deadlines are adhered to from start to finish. Your role will vary day to day and you will be responsible for key client-services tasks whilst managing junior staff. This includes liaising with clients, reporting, quoting, budgeting and meeting agendas.
Part of your role will be to collaborate and report to the Managing Director and Creatives/Production. As the Senior Account Manager you will be responsible for educating the client on the value of experiential marketing and ensuring that strategies implemented are successfully measured is also an integral element in this role. You will endeavor to exceed all client's expectations while also meeting all profit-related targets.
