Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage a team of Account Managers and lead them to success, fostering growth and development.
  • Engage and collaborate with designers, developers, clients, and senior directors with exceptional people skills and high emotional intelligence.
  • Liaise with clients at a senior level, managing their expectations, conducting stakeholder workshops, and delivering impactful presentations.
  • Oversee the strategic direction of multi-channel campaigns, incorporating insights and ensuring the best creative and digital solutions.
  • Manage multiple clients across various industries, providing exceptional service and driving their success.

About You:

  • Minimum of 6 years previous industry experience, with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach.
  • A team player who positively contributes to the agency's values and culture.
  • Ability to lead from the front, demonstrating a can-do attitude and proactive ownership of projects and processes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, encouraging best practices and delivering work to an exceptionally high standard.
  • Substantial experience in planning and leading the rollout of successful multi-faceted campaigns across all media channels, including digital, video, and print platforms.
  • Taking responsibility for various administrative tasks, including completing time-sheets, estimating project costs, managing purchase orders and invoices, tracking budgets, and preparing JCRs (Job Change Requests).
