Senior Account Manager

One of Melbourne’s most highly sought after agencies is on the hunt for an experienced branding suit/Senior Account Manager to come across and manage a range of strategic branding projects in the lifestyle brands, FMCG, packaging, retail and hospitality. You’re responsible for end-end project management which means developing strategies alongside the Directors, briefing in the creative, managing the roll-out and production on multiple touch points (print, digital, signage/wayfinding & video). This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Senior Account Manager looking to have a bit more creative/strategic input and training. An award-winning branding studio is on the lookout for an ambitious Account Manager to join their talented team of creatives. This top-tier design crew is known for specialising in brand identity and strategy with a unique, holistic approach for iconic Australian brands, ranging from financial institutions, government and sporting organisations to non-for-profits. This is a fantastic and rare opportunity for someone who is passionate about branding and the prospect of joining such a highly sought-after agency. Reporting to a Senior Account Manager and the Business Director, the Account Manager will be crucial to the deliverance of fantastic work to clients. The AM will be the day-to-day point of contact for both client and internal agency staff, keeping all parties updated and informed. You will manage client expectations, troubleshoot any issues, keep ahead of deadlines and identify opportunities for further business development. As well as daily communications with internal and external stakeholders, you will also run weekly WIP meetings and organise internal project team catch ups (including workshops, immersion sessions etc). Working alongside the SAM/AD’s, you will provide detailed briefs for the design, studio and production creatives. Providing financial management support to the account service team is also essential to this role. This will involve assisting with planning project timelines, managing resources, estimates and quotes, invoicing and cost tracking.
