Senior Account Manager
As a key member of our Client Service team your success relies on your ability to lead the engagement, execution and delivery of results across your client(s) whilst maximising any organic growth opportunities for the business. You’re required to ensure the team around you are working together to provide a client experience that is none other than exceptional. Your day to to day: You are accountable for the experience, service quality and results of your portfolio of clients. You pro-actively manage client relationships to ensure we achieve agreed project deliverables and leverage opportunities to strengthen our relationship and improve profit performance You ensure all new clients have gone through the credit application process and that all compliance documents (SLAs & TOB) have been completed and signed before and work commences. You scope, design and deliver projects and milestones using shared project management methodology You analyse, interpret and add value to client needs through creating, writing and presenting accurate briefs whilst demonstrating strong brand, channel and marketing understanding. You’re working with internal and external resources on strategy and creative development to ensure our work meets the needs of the brief and the client. You have clarity around what success looks like in your role, how this fits into the Client service team and the Agency. You’re engaged and owning your role. You are seen as a strong, proactive, inspiring and decisive leader within Client Service team and someone who is driving and impacting results. You’re approachable at all times and lead by example in a way you’d expect your team and the broader agency to behave. You’ve built strong relationships with both internal staff, external clients and suppliers. You understand the clients budgets, their implications for clients and you are able to communicate and negotiate effectively with clients to ensure relationships remain strong and successful. What you should bring: Builds rapport quickly, passionate and energetic, strong negotiation skills and sound commercial acumen. Analytical, with strong attention to detail and a focus on data and results. Highly organised and efficient. A relevant university degree. At least 4+ years’ experience in a similar role with a focus on strategic client relationships. Digital Account Manager
This individual would join an established and growing agency that works across a huge range of campaigns covering ATL/TTL communications including retail activations. Working closely with the Digital Experience Team, Business Director and Client Service Team will see you managing a range of campaigns from end to end. You will need to be hands-on with the clients so it will be important that you come from a strong client service background in an agency. You will be responsible for budgeting and raising PO’s and liaise with clients to really get to the bottom of the brief then working closely with the creative team to ensure that campaigns are produced on time and on brief. You will be a really strong project manager who is used to juggling multiple deadlines/projects and you should be an excellent relationship builder who has exceptional attention to detail and comfortable presenting when called upon. It’s important that you have experience with digital campaigns and previous experience working with retail/consumer electronic clients would be hugely beneficial. This person must have agency experience. This role is an excellent opportunity for somebody who has strategic ability but still likes to be hands-on and see the results of each campaign. Responsibilities: · Produce best-in-class projects on time, on budget and to brief · Organise and plan workloads of the studio team ensuring quality assurance and on-time delivery of media assets. · Use your media placement experience on daily basis with the ability to advice best practice where necessary You’ll come to the role from a minimum of 2 years’ experience as Account Executive/Project Management within retail marketing or advertising agency experience working offline and online in marketing/shopper content production. Ideally, you have a keen interest in tech, have great knowledge of mobile phones and tablets. If you can: - Efficiently organise resources according to the project - Develop campaign operation plans and execute them - Deliver outputs and ensure they go live on time - Work closely with client service and creative to provide top quality outputs - Manage relationships with key partners This is a full-time role based on the North Shore, Auckland.
