Kelly has over 16 years’ experience in recruitment working in senior positions across HR, professional services and marketing. The role is newly created and will be responsible for both Become Recruitment and LMA Recruitment. The appointment of Kelly coincides with the expansion of LMA Recruitment into the Australian and New Zealand markets.

Kelly joins Become and LMA Recruitment from The Next Step where she held several senior positions, most recently as their Director for NSW. Prior to that, she worked for Hudsons in various positions which gained her international experience.

Based in Become’s Sydney office, Kelly will oversee Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland. Kelly’s focus will be on driving growth across the regions for Become and introducing the new vertical of Professional Services through the LMA Recruitment brand.
